Hexed River Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Hexed River (“the App”), a single-player offline Android card game developed by HexedRiver. By installing or playing the App you agree to these Terms.

1. License

HexedRiver grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the App on Android devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

2. No Real-Money Gambling

The App uses fictional in-game chips that have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or redeemed for real money or any other real-world benefit. The App does not constitute gambling under any jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to artwork, music, game mechanics, character designs, lore, and code — is the exclusive property of HexedRiver and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any App content without prior written permission.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Use cheats, automation tools, or exploits that alter normal gameplay.
Redistribute or resell the App or any portion thereof.

5. Data and Privacy

The App collects limited, anonymous crash-reporting and analytics data as described in the Privacy Policy. No personal account, real name, or payment information is collected. You may opt out of telemetry at any time in Settings → “Help improve the game”.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. HexedRiver DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HexedRiver SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. HexedRiver’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED €0, AS THE APP IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.

8. Changes to These Terms

HexedRiver reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after the updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this document will reflect any changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Slovak Republic.
